1. Do we accept returns? We do not accept returns. If there is a fault with any of the products within your gift hamper please contact us at hello@gatheredgiftco.com.au. We will endeavour to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

 

2. Can I cancel an order? If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately at hello@gatheredgiftco.com.au. Once payment has been accepted, cancellation is at discretion of Gathered Gift Co.

 

3. How do I order? All Gathered Gift Co online orders are processed via this website. You can choose to pay via Pay Pal or Shopify Pay with your credit card at checkout. We do also accept direct deposit, please contact us for further details. If you want to place a custom, corporate or bulk order please contact us at hello@gatheredgiftco.com.au

 

4. Can I modify a hamper? Yes you can! We are more than happy to accommodate your special requests. Please contact us at hello@gatheredgiftco.com.au to discuss your needs, and I can provide you with a custom quote. Please allow extra time for us to design & source products to avoid disappointment. 

 

5. How do I arrange Free Local Delivery or Australia Wide Shipping? Please see Delivery Page for all details. If you are still unsure or have a question, please contact us at hello@gatheredgiftco.com.au.

 

6. How much is the cost of Shipping? The cost of shipping your selected gift hamper is calculated based on weight & size. All Shipping is via Australia Post with signature required on delivery. Shipping rates are:

$20.00 for individual gift hampers under 5kg.

$35.00 for individual gift hampers over 5kg (heavy goods shipping)

Rates will be automatically calculated at checkout depending on your selected hamper.

 

7. Do you make a product you think would be ideal for our hampers? We would love to hear from you! We are always busy sourcing & gathering new products and ideas for our gift hampers. Contact us at hello@gatheredgiftco.com.au to share your product with us.
